Session on “How to be an Entrepreneur”
Chembur English High School in association with Pillai Centre for Entrepreneurship organised a Session on “How to be an Entrepreneur” for the students of standard X. The resource person, Dr. Priam Pillai, COO of Mahatma Education Society and Pillai Group of Institutions spoke to the students on various aspects of how to be an Entrepreneur and encouraged them to start young and channelise their ideas. It was a proud moment to have Dr. Priam, who is a successful alumni of CEHS, speak to the current batch and share his experiences. Dr. Celina Joy, Innovation Ambassador and Faculty at PiMSR also engaged the students intellectually on the know-how of Entrepreneurship.
International Day of Education
On the occasion of International Day of Education on 24th January, 2022, Chembur English High School organised an Interactive and motivational session for the students of STD 10th to enable them to choose the correct stream and career after their SSC board exams by Mr. Amrish Patil who is a pioneer in the field of career counselling
The session cleared all the doubts and queries of the students and inspired them to take a promising path forward.

Students Ambassador Workshop
In association with IIT Mumbai ‘Student Solar Ambassador’ workshop was arranged for the students. All teachers had undergone online training for this workshop and guided the students on this occasion. Students learnt about different components of the solar lamp like LED bulb, battery, PCB and solar panel. The joy of creation was seen on the faces of student as they assembled the parts of the solar lamp.
The event culminated with lighting the solar lamp and by taking the pledge of non violence.
